Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not need to give a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
How to Cancel
To cancel, contact us at reply@vlaxyronvon.world with your order details. We will confirm your cancellation and provide return instructions.
Returns
You must return goods in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method. We may deduct an amount for any loss in value if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty or not as described, you have additional rights. Contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements unless they are faulty. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within the cancellation period.
